~ collections and deposits made by Oliver ftloore, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, covering all fees
and mileage Pees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month
oP December, 1953, in amount of X163.45, and it appearing to the Court that the itemized report
of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approved by the
Court; therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, end unanimously approved
by the Court.

No. 8452. APPROVAL OF P+?ONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS, AND JURY FEES COLLECTED EY COUNTY
CLERK FOR THE ft?ONTH ENDING DEC71uIBER 31ST, 1953.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury
Pees collected in the County Clerk's office of Kerr County for the month ending December 31st,
1953, in the amount of X280.60, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
Treasurer, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true end correct and should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court and ordered Piled by the County Clerk.

No. 6453. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF COUNTY CLERK.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
expense report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the month of December, 1953, showing an
actual and necessary expenditure of ;864.58 incurred by him in the conduct oP his office during
said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court for such expenditures therein.

No. 6454. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF AIIviA SCHOLES, HEALTH NURSE.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to he examined by the Court, the monthly
,-. report of Alma Scholes, County Health Nurse of Kerr County, covering her services for the month
of December, 1953, and it appearing to the Court that said report should be approved; therefore,
by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, and
ordered Piled by the County Clerk for future reference.

No. 6455. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF `PAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR.
This the 12th day of January, A, D, 1954, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
expense report of E, H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for the
month of December, 1953, showing an actual and necessary expense of X1054.59 incurred by him in
the conduct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
true and correct, and such expenditures should be approved; therefore, by motion d~~ly made by
Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures indica-
ted therein.
