D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the bids of Petersor. garage and Auto Co., Emerson A. Lutz Motors, and N=cKinney-Lindsay Motors, on one new two tcn chassis truck with two speed rear end, with and without dump bed for Commissioners' Precinct No. 4. It appearing to the Court that such bids were presented in compliance with ad- vertisement authorized by this Court on December 15th, A. D. 1953, under Commissioners` Court Order No. 6403, and, whereas, said notice of publication was published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks and et least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for purchase. The Gourt is of the opinion that Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 should be authorized to accept the bid pre- sented by Peterson Garage and Auto Company, for the 1954 Model 6103 Chevrolet two ton truck, exclusive of the trade-in of one 1947 two ton Chevrolet truck with dump.
