This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the month-
ly report of deposits and collections of Albert 'vVilson, Public 1"leigher of Kerr County Precinct
No. 1, showing an aggregate of ~99.C2 collected for the month of December, A. D. 1953, and it
appearing tc the Court that said report is true and correct and should be apprcved and that the
City of Kerrville should be billed for one-half of the deficit ofw.98, ~.vhich would be in the
amount of x.49 due Kerr Count y. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by i-ow el l.,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be,
and is hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit of w.98, being
x.49, to be deposited to the General Furd of Kerr County, Texas.

This the 12th day of January, A. D, 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims ^
and accounts filed against Kerr County since January 11th, 1954, against the General Fund. It
appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and should be allowed. Therefore, b.y
motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vcuchers egairst the County Treasurer on all
claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable out of the General Fund to the parties entitled
thereto.

This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
tabular statement of Lawrence Stephens, County Glerk of Kerr County, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures, and receipts of Kerr County, for the quarter ending December 31st, 1953. It app-
earing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be apprcved by the Court;
therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the
Court, subject to audit, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 6460. ACCEPTA.IQCE OF BID PRESENTED BY PETERSON GARAGE AND AUTO COh1PANY FOR 1954 CfiEVROLET
DU:dP TRUCK, PRECINCT N0. 4.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the bids
of Petersor. garage and Auto Co., Emerson A. Lutz Motors, and N=cKinney-Lindsay Motors, on one new
two tcn chassis truck with two speed rear end, with and without dump bed for Commissioners'
Precinct No. 4. It appearing to the Court that such bids were presented in compliance with ad-
vertisement authorized by this Court on December 15th, A. D. 1953, under Commissioners` Court
Order No. 6403, and, whereas, said notice of publication was published once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks and et least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for purchase. The Gourt
is of the opinion that Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 should be authorized to accept the bid pre-
sented by Peterson Garage and Auto Company, for the 1954 Model 6103 Chevrolet two ton truck,
exclusive of the trade-in of one 1947 two ton Chevrolet truck with dump. Therefore, by motion
duly made by Guthrie, seconded by cartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Commission-
er of Precinct No. 4 be, and is hereby authorized to accept the bid of Peterson Garage and Auto
Company end retain Por the use of said Precinct, one 1947 two ton Chevrolet truck, listed as a
