This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the month-
ly report of deposits and collections of Albert 'vUilson, Public 'JJeigher of Kerr County Precinct
No. 1, showing an aggregate of ~99.C2 collected for the month of December, A. D. 1953, and it
appearing tc the Court that said report is true end correct and should be approved and that the
City of Kerrville should be billed for one-half of the deficit of w.98, which would be in the
amount of x.49 due Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded byrowell,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be,
and is hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit oP w.98, being
~.J~9, to be deposited to the General Fund of Karr County, Texas.

This the 12th day of January, A. D, 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims ^
and accounts filed against Kerr County since January 11th, 1854, against the General Fund. It
appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and should be allowed. Therefore, by
motion duly made by Fowell, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on all
claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable out of the General Fund to tre parties entitled
thereto.

tabular statement of Lawrence Stephens, County clerk of Kerr County, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures, and receipts of Kerr County, for the quarter ending December 31st, 1953. It app-
ea ring to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved by the Court;
therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the
Court, subject to audit, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

DIo. 6460. ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRESENTED BY PETERSON GARAGE ARID AUTO COMPANY FOR 1954 CHEVROLET
DU.4IP TRUCK, PRECINCT DIO. 4.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the bids
of Peters or. Garage end Auto Co., Emerson A. Lutz b'iotors, and Mcxinney-Lindsay Motors, on ore new
two ten chassis truck with two speed rear end, with and without dump bed for Commissioners'
Precinct No. 4. It appearing to the Court that such bids were presented in compliance with ad-
vertisement authorized by this Ceurt on December 15th, A. D. 1953, under Commissioners' Court
Order No. 6403, and, whereas, said notice of publication was published once a weak for two (2)
consecutive weeks and at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for purchase. The Court
is of the opinion that Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 should be authorized to accept the bid pre-
sented by Peterson Garage and Auto Company, for the 1954 ft~odel 6103 Chevrolet two ton truck,
exclusive of the trade-in of one 1947 two ton Chevrolet truck with dump. Therefore, by motion
duly made by Guthrie, seconded by ;/artel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Commission-
er of Precinct No. 4 be, and is hereby authorized to accept the bid oP Peterson Garage and Auto
Company and retair. for the use of said Precinct, one 1947 two ton Chevrolet truck, listed as a
