Lutz b'iotors, and Mcxinney-Lindsay Motors, on ore new two ten chassis truck with two speed rear end, with and without dump bed for Commissioners' Precinct No. 4. It appearing to the Court that such bids were presented in compliance with ad- vertisement authorized by this Ceurt on December 15th, A. D. 1953, under Commissioners' Court Order No. 6403, and, whereas, said notice of publication was published once a weak for two (2) consecutive weeks and at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for purchase. The Court is of the opinion that Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 should be authorized to accept the bid pre- sented by Peterson Garage and Auto Company, for the 1954 ft~odel 6103 Chevrolet two ton truck, exclusive of the trade-in of one 1947 two ton Chevrolet truck with dump.
