ORDER DIRECTING THE REPAIR CF ":ALL COUNTY SCALE OF PUPLIC 6'dEIGHER. This the 13th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the neces- sity to make repairs to the small county scale being used by Fublic'~:eigher, Precinct No. 1, and it appearing to the Court, that said scale shculd be repaired and paid for by the County, tivith one half of the expense thereof to be reimbursed by the City of Kerrville. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the afore- mentioned repairs by performed and one-hslf oP the expense thereof by billed to the Cit~r of Kerr- vill e. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6465. REJECTION CF rUBLIC SALE BY AUCTION ON .S1 OF AN ,?ORE BELONGING TO KERR COUNTY. This the 13th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the sale of .81 of an acre of land belonging to Kerr County, which was auctioned off by Carl F. Schupp, II, Special Commissioner at 4:00 o'clock P, iti.,, as of even date here:vith, which sale was in com- pliance with the publication directed by this ~,ourt on December 14th, 1953• It appearing to the Court that proper publications had been made according to the law, and that said sale was duly made by said Special Commissioner in accordance with the law, and was sold to Vern Blodgett in the amount of :fi925.00. It further appearing to the Court, that it would be to the best interest oP Kerr County, that said sale should be rejected by this Court. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by isartel, and unanimously approved by the Gourt, that the aforementioned sale by public auction be rejected. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6466.
