This the 13th day of January, A. D. 1954, alter motion having been duly made by Guthrie, se-
conded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the minutes be approved as read
and corrected.

No. 6464. ORDER DIRECTING THE REPAIR OF "1~.ALL COUNTY SCALE OF PUPLIC 'JJEIGHER.
This the 13th day of January, A. D, 1954, came en to be considered by the Court, the neces-
sity to make repairs to the small county scale being used by Public'd'eigher, Precinct No. 1, and
it appearing to the Court, that said scale should be repaired and paid for by the County, with
one help of the expense thereof to be reimbursed by the City of Kerrville. Therefore, by motion
duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the afore-
mentioned repairs by performed and one-half of the expense thereof by billed to the Citq of Kerr-
vill e.

No. 6465. REJECTION OF FUPLIC SALE PY AiTCTION OPd ,Sl OF F.D? F:CRE BELONGING TO KERB COUP7TY.
This the 13th day oP January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered b,y the Court, the sale
of .81 of an acre of land belonging to Kerr County, which was auctioned off by Carl F. Schupp,
II, Special Commissioner et 4:00 o'clock 1'. iv.,, as of even date herewith, which sale was in com-
pliance with the publication directed by this Court on December 14th, 1953. It appearing to the
Court that proper publications had been made according to the law, and that said sale was duly
made by said Special Commissioner in accordance with the law, and was sold to Vern Blodgett in
the amount oP X925,00. It further appearing to the Court, that it would be to the best interest
of Kerr County, that said sale should be rejected by this Court. Therefore, by motion duly made
by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the aforementioned
sale by public auction be rejected.
