This the 19th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County since January 12th, A. D. 1954, against the General Fund, -.
and Road and Bridge No. 3. It app earin~; to the Court that said claims are true and just and
should ba allowed. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously
approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against
the County Treasurer on all claims Piled in like amounts therefor, payable out of the General
Fund and Road and bridge No. 3 to the parties entitled thereto.

This the 19th day of January, A. D, 1954, after motion having been duly made by Bartel,
seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County should authorize the
payment of X92,00 to Mrs. Phoebe Treadwell, for the care of George Leinsetter and Addis Lein-
setter, paupers, in advance for the period Prom January 11th, 1954, through February- 11th, 1954,
for Kerr County's pro rata share, to be payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County, by
voucher to be prcperly drawn by the County Clerk on the County Treasurer.
