No. 6473. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 25th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County since January 19th, A. D. 1954, against the General Fund.
It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and should be allowed. Therefore,
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, end unanimously approved by the Court, that
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on all
claims Piled in like amounts therefor, payable out of the General Fund to the parties entitled
thereto.

No. 6474. ORDER AUTHORIZING TERRACING, ETC., ON PROPERTY OF ISAAC"rY. ZUB4WALT, CObID!lISSIONERS'
PRECINCT N0. 4.
This the 25th day of January, A. D. 1954, after motion having bean duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the application executed by
Isaac W. Zumwalt be approved and the contract therefor be entered into by and between the mem-
bers of the Commissioners' Court and the aforementioned party, and that the Commissioner of Pre-
cinct No. 4 be authorized to perform such work accordingly, at a time when the machinery and/or
equipment is available, conforming to the provisions of Article 2372c, R. C. S., said application
and contract entered es follows, to-wit:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 2372c of the revised Civil Statutes of Texas,
I would like to have you come upon my land at 1 1/2 miles out of Ingram on the Sue Robinson place
for the purpose of improving, terracing, protecting or ditching the same. I will pay you the
standard county charge for such work toward the conservation of the fertility of my land. I be-
lieve that this work would be for some public benefit and ask that you do so find.

Part for those uses as set forth in accordance with Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes
