by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby direct-

applicants desiring to fill the vacancy now occuring in the office of the County Clerk. It
appearing to the Court, that Charles J, Rees is the best qualified person to serve in this capa-
city, and that he should be appointed to fill the unexpired term ending December 31st, 1954.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Go PP, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court, that Charles J. Rees be appointed to serve in this ca pa city, to fill the unexpired term
of Laurence Stephens, ending December 31, 1954.
