This the 26th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts Piled against Kerr County since January 25th, A. D. 1954, against the General Fund.
It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just end should be allowed. Therefore,
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on all
claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable out of the General Fund to the parties entitled
thereto.

This the 30th day of January, A, D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
applicants desiring to fill the vacancy now occuring in the office of the County Clerk. It
appearing to the Court, that Charles J, Rees is the best qualified person to serve in this capa-
city, and that he should be appointed to fill the unexpired term ending December 31st, 1954.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court, that Charles d. Hees be appointed to serve in this ca pa city, to fill the unexpired term
of Lawrence Stephens, ending December 31, 1°54.

ed by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that George L. Dahl be notified to appear
before the Commissioners' Court during the Regular February Term to discuss the making of a com-
plate survey for the proposed dam sites along the Guadalupe River.
