This the 26th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts Piled against Kerr County since January 25th, A. D. 1954, against the General Fund.
It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just end should be allowed. Therefore,
by motion duly made bq Goff, seconded by Bart al, and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on all
claims Piled in like amounts therefor, payable out of the General Fund to the parties entitled
thereto.

No. 6481. APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES J. REES, COUNTY CLERK, FOR THE UNEXPIRED 1953 AND 1954 TERM.
This the 30th day of January, A, D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
applicants desiring to fill the vacancy now occuring in the office oP the County Clerk. It
appearing to the Court, that Charles J, Rees is the bast qualified person to serve in this capa-
city, and that he should be appointed to fill the unexpired term ending December 31st, 1954.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court, that Charles J, Rees be appointed to serve in this capacity,to fill the unexpired term
of Lawrence Stephens, ending December 31, 1954.

and accounts filed against Kerr County since January 26th, A, D. 1954, against the General Fund,
and Road and Bridge No. 4. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and
should be allowed. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers agains
the County Treasurer on all claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable out of the respective
funds, to the parties entitled thereto.

No. 6483. ENGINEER GEORGE L. DAHL, NOTIFIED TO COMPLETE SURVEY ON DAM SITES.
This the 30th day of January, A. D. 1954, after motion having been duly made by Goff, second-
ed by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that George L. Dahl be notified to appear
before the Commissioners' Court during the Regular February Term to discuss the making of a com-
plate survey for the proposed dam sites along the Guadalupe River.
