1954, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved;
therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the
Court, that the sum of $101.40 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
to a fee of $48.00, out of General Fund of Kerr County, Texas

This the 9th day of February, A.D. 1954 came on to be examined by the Court the annual
report of Virgil Parsons, City-County Sanitarian, Kerr County, Texas, covering his services for
the period ending December 31st, 1954• And it appearing to the Court that said reports should
be aprroved. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously aprroved
by the Court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future references.

showing no actual and necessary expense incurred by him for the month. Therefore, by motion
duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously aprroved by the Court, report was accepted.
