port of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be aprroved by
the Court, therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously aprroved
by the Court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

This the 9th day of February, A.D. 1951+, care on to be considered by the Court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct No .l
showing an aggregate of $8~.90,collected for the month o~ January,, A. D. 1954, and it appearing
to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of
Kerrville should be billed for one-half of the deficit of $12.10, which would be in the amount
of $6.05 due Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and un-
animously aprroved by the Court, that said report be aprroved. The County Clerk be, and is
hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit of $12.10, being $6.05
to be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

This the 9th day of February A.D.195'+, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims and
accounts filed against Kerr County since February 8th A.D. 1954, against the General Fund. and
Road & Bridge•No. 4. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and should be
allowed. Therefore,by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved
by the Court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County
Treasury on all claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable out of the respective funds,
to the parties intitled thereto.

of Glen and Marcia Jane Irvin and fourteen others , for a second class road as specifically des-
cribed in Commissioner's Court Order 6393• UP on motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell
and unanimously approved by the Court, that report be accepted and approved, and petition granted
as prayed for, to open second class road, and instructed Lee Goff, Commissioner Precinct No. 4
to construct said road as prayed for in said petition, and as laid out by Jury of View.
