D. 1954, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of Kerrville should be billed for one-half of the deficit of $12.10, which would be in the amount of $6.05 due Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and un- animously aprroved by the Court, that said report be aprroved.
