as prayed for, to open second class road, and instructed Lee Goff, Commissioner Precinct No. 4

TO THE HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS' COTTRT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
We the undersigned, freeholders and residents of the County of Kerr and State of Texas,
duly aprointed a jury of view by the Commissioners Court of the said county at the Decenber
term thereof, 1953, to lay out, and with the county surveyor, Louis Domingues, to survey and
describe a certain road designated in the petition of Glen and Marcia Jane Irvin and other
persons for a public road; having first been duly sworn according to law, and having given in
writing, as required by law, five day's notice to the land owners through whose land such pro-
posed road may run, did on the 16th day of January, 1954, proceed by law, lay out, survey, and ._
mark the road designated in the said petit: on, and would recommend that the said road be con-
structed and established in accordance with the field notes, survey, and description of the same,
as follows:
Description of the Center Line of Proposed County Road in Survey No. 131 (J. Beitel),
Across Lands of J. N1. T~attingly, W.C.Morris, and Glen Irvin and Their Wives, Respectively--
Beginning at the east corner of that 7.02 acre tract of land which was conveyed to J. M.
Mattingly by C. E. Morris, by deed recorded in Vol. 84 at page 460 of the deed records of Kerr
County, Texas,- the same being the north corner of that tract of 2.14 acres which was conveyed
to W. C. Morris, by deed recorded in Vol. 94, at page 404 of the deed records of Kerr County,
Texas,-- this point being in the southwest line of the right of way of Texas State Highway No.
27 about 7.5 miles N. 65 degrees W. of the City of Kerrville in Precinct No. 4,Kerr County,Texas;
Thence along the Division property line between the said J.M.Mattingly tract and the said
W.C. Morris tract, S. 46 degrees 24' W. 379 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the right.

Thence in a southwesterly direction along the arc of the said circular cnrve to the right
whose radius is 115 feet, a distance of 63 feet to the end of tY~is curve and the beginning of
a circular curve to the left
Thence in a southwesterly direction along the arc of the said circular curve to the left,

whose radius is 80 feet a distance of 73.4 feet to the end of this curve and the beginning of
a circular curve to the right;

Thence in a southwesterly direction along the arc of the said circular curve to the right,
whose radius is 314 feet a distance of 115.7 feet to the end of the curve;
Thence S. 46 degrees 24' W. 386 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the left;
Thence in a southerly direction along the arc of the said circular curve to the left
whose radius is 91 feet and whose central anKle is 83 degrees 57', a distance of 133 feet to
the end of the curve;
Thence S. 37 degrees 33' E. 108 feet to the end of the proposed road at a point opposite
a power line service pole.
The right of way for the above described road has been surveyed and marked tc extend to a
width of twenty feet on each side of the above indicated center line --t':us providing for an
overall width of forty feet.
We would also report that all of the landowners named above, through whose property the
proposed road is to run, have filed formal waivers of all damamges which may result from laying
^' out and constructing the said road; and that all such landowners have agreed to donate the right
of way needed for the same.
