and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month
of January, 1954, in the amount of $81.55, and it appearing to the Court that the itemized re-
port of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and s~ould be apcroved by
the Court; therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved
by the Court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

This the 9th day of February, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct No .1
showing an aggregate of $87.90,collected for the month of January, A. D. 1954, and it appearing
to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of
Kerrville should be billed for one-half of the deficit of $12.10, which would be in the amount
of $6.05 due Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and un-
animously apcroved by the Court, t1<at said report be approved• The County Clerk be, and is
hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit of $12.10, being $6.05
to be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

On the 9th Day of February, A.D. 1954, came on to report the Jury of View upon the application
of Glen and Marcia Jane Irvin and fourteen others , for a second class road as specifically des-
cribed in Commissioner's Court Order 6393• Upon motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell
and unanimously approved by the Court, that report be accepted and approved, and petition granted
as prayed for, to open second class road, and instructed Lee Goff, Commissioner Precinct No. 4
to construct said road as prayed for in said petition, and as laid out by Jury of View.
