report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct No .1
showing an aggregate of $8~.90,collected for the month of January,, A. D. 1954, and it appearing
to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of
Kerrville should be billed for one-half of the deficit of $12.10, which would be in the amount
of $6.05 due Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and un-
animously aprroved by the Court, that said report be aprroved, The County Clerk be, and is
hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit of $12.10, being $6.05
to be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

On the 9th Day of February, A.D. 1954, came on to report the Jury of View upon the application
of Glen and Marcia Jane Irvin and fourteen others , for a second class road as specifically des-
cribed in Commissioner's Court Order 6393. Upon motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell
and unanimously approved by the Court, that report be accepted and approved, and petition granted
as prayed for, to open second class road, and instructed Lee Goff, Commissioner Precinct No. 4
to construct said road as prayed for in said petition, and as laid out by Jury of View.

No. 6508 PROPOSAL OF MASON-JOHtdSON & ASSOCIATES FOR PROPOSED DAPi SITES ALONG GUADALUPE RIVER
On this 10th day of February, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the proposal
for furnishing field investigations, labratory testing, field surveys, dam and reservoir site
maps, including all field work needed to prepare construction plans and specifications. Qual-
ifications state that all right-of-way be furnished by the County. Field work to be started
within five days after notice to proceed; invoices and compensation therefor to be made monthly.
Report, Boring logs, Completed Reservior Survey Maps, Labratory Results and Typical Samples to
