This the 10th day of February A.D. 1951+, came on to be appointed by the Court the necessary
election oP officers for the ensuing year for each of the eighteen precincts of Kerr County, as
shown on pages 196-201 inclusive, Volume 1, Record of Election.Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Therefore, by motion made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanim~cusly approved by the Court
that said officers be appointed for the ensuing year according to pages 196 to 201, Volume 1,
Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, vrhich is made a part hereof for all purposes.

No. 6508 PROPOSAL OF I/iASON-JOHNSON & AS50CIATEB FOR PROPOSED DAM SITES ALONG GUADALUPE RIVER
On this 10th day of February, A. D. 1951+, came on to be considered by the Court the proposal
for furnishing field investigations, labratory testing, field surveys, dam and reservoir site
maps, including all field work needed to prepare construction plans and specifications. Qual-
ifications state that all right-of-way be f~.zrnished by the County. Field work to be started
within five days after notice to proceed; invoices and compensation therefor to be made monthly.
Report, Boring logs, Completed Reservior Survey Maps, Labratory Results and Typical Samples to
be furnished County at completion of investigation. Estic~ated job total $6480.00(Copy on file)
Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the

No. 6509 PAYMENT TO JURY OF VIEW FOR IRt~IN ROAD, PRECINCT N0. 4
This the 10th day of February, A.D. 1951+, after motion having been duly made by Goff,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, the Comm`_ssioners Court of Kerr
County to pay $3.00 each to G.D.Yarbrough, J.M.Mattinaly, Dan Lee, Fred Beaver and Glen Irvin
composing the Jury of View, payable out of the R & B No.4 fund, to the parties intitled thereto.

This the 10th day of February A. D. 1954, after motion made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie,
and unanimously approved by the Ccurt, that each Precinct will file with the County Glerk an
inventory of equipment and supplies, as per request of the Grand Jury. (Refer Amended Order #/6518)

No. 6511 AF'rROVAL OF CLAIb;S AD;D ACCOUNTS
This the 10th day of February A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts filed agair:st Kerr County since February 9th, A.D. 1954, against the General Fund
and Road and Bridge No. 1. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and just and
should be allowed, Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously
approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against
the County Treasury on all clai:rs filed in like amounts therefor, payable out of the respective
funds, to the parties intitled thereto.
