In addi- tion the possibility of a new site at the location of site on Cyprass Creek on pro party owned by George Karger and Mrs. H.H.(Julia) Storms, will be studied. The engineers recommend the immediate adoption of the following steps: 1. To make ho rings and conduct labratory tests of construction materials at each of the /sites. 2, To prepare a contour map showing the level and location of normal lake behind each dam 3. To investigate and determine the cost of all property easements. 4.
