shown on pages 196-201 inclusive, Volume It Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Therefore, by motion made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court
that said officers be appointed for the ensuing year according to pages 196 to 201, Volume 1,
Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, which is made a part hereof for all purposes.

the Commissioner Court oP Kerr County, Texas, that they do as follows:
That a record of all equipment oP Kerr County, Texas be maintained by each official, in-
cluding the Commissioners, en up to date record of all furniture, fixtures, equipment, auto-
mobiles, trucks and heavy equipment in their possession or under their supervision, date pur-
chased and purcha se price paid.
That a copy of these records should be in custody of the County Treasurers or Clerk and
changes should only be made when approved by the Commissioner's Court and recorded in the min-
utes of the Court.
That a copy of this be furnished to the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas.

With regard to locations - - Dam site #1 is to be left as shown on the plan; site #2
will be studied with a view toward moving slightly down stream and increasing the width of
the reservoir; site #3 to be moved up stream to about the location of "Chick Inn". In addi-
tion the possibility of a new site at the location of site on Cyprass Creek on pro party owned
by George Karger and Mrs. H.H.(Julia) Storms, will be studied.
The engineers recommend the immediate adoption of the following steps:
1. To make ho rings and conduct labratory tests of construction materials at each of the
/sites.
2, To prepare a contour map showing the level and location of normal lake behind each dam
3. To investigate and determine the cost of all property easements.
4. To prepare a firm esti_r.ate of total costs (costs to include engineer's fees, right-
of-way, construction costs and contingencies.

Motion by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, that the Commissioners Court herewith goes on re-

cord, upon the recommendation of Stewart C. Smith, Delinquency Consultant of the State/Develop-
went Council, in favor of the hiring of a Kerr County Youth Counselor, the funds or the payment
of such Counselor to be divided by agreement between the Kerrville Independent School District,
the City of Kerrville, Karr County, and any other Independent or Rural School District.
Unanimously carried.
