The right of way for the above described road has been surveyed and marked tc extend to a width of twenty feet on each side of the above indicated center line, --tl.us providing for an overall width of forty feet. We would also report that all of the landowners named above, through whose property the proposed road is to run, have filed formal waivers of all damamges which may result from laying out and constructing the said road; and that all such landowners have agreed to donate the right of way needed for the same.
