whose radius is 8C'feet~ a distance of 73.4 feet to the end of this curve and the beginning of
a circular curve to the right;
Thence in a southwesterly direction along the arc of the said circular curve to the right,
whose radius is 314 feet a distance of 115.7 feet to the end of the curve;
Thence S. 46 de;~rees 24' W. 386 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the left;
Thence in a southerly direction along the arc of the said circular curve to the left
whose radius is 91 feet and whose central anKle is 83 degrees 57', a distance of 133 feet to
the end of the curve;
Thence S. 37 degrees 33' E. 108 feet to the end of the proposed road at a point opposite
a power line service pole.
The right of way for the above described road has been surveyed and marked to extend to a
width of twenty feet on each side of the above indicated center line, --t'us providing for an
overall width of forty feet.
We would also report that all of the landowners named above, through whose property the
proposed road is to run, have filed formal waivers of all damamges which may result from laying
out and constructing the said road; and that all such landowners have agreed to donate the right
of way needed for the same.

Permanent Improvement, Road and Bridge, Road & Bridge #1 and Road & Bridge #4. It appearing to
the Court that said claims are true and just and should be allowed. Therefore, by motion made
by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be and
is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasury on all claims filed in like
