This the 17th day of February A.D. 1954, after motion having been duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the applications signed by
Martin Spenrath and Adolph Bartel be approved and the contracts therefor be entered into by
and between the members of the Commissioner's Court and the above mentioned parties, and that
the respective Commissioners be authorized to pe rform such work accordingly, at the time when
the machinery and/or equipment is available, conforming to the provisions oP Article 2372c,
R.C.S., said applications and contracts entered as follows, to-wit:

No. 6517 GRANTING PETITION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD RCAD FOR CHARLES R. AND OPAL JOYCE RODGERS,
AND APPOINTMENT OF JURY OF VIEW.
On this 17th day of February A.D. 1954 now comes Charles R. Rodgers and wife, Opal Joyce
Rodgers, and peptition the Court for a neighborhood road in compliance with Article 6711 of the
1925 Revised Civil Statutes of the State oP Texas, and the amendments thereto, and especially
the amendment passed by the Legislature of the State of Texas, effective June 13, 1953. There-
fore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court,
that said petition be accepted and the following Jury of View be appointed to-wit:
Earl Benner, O.B.'Nalker, Ferd Tetsch, Prentice 'Hitt and Adolph Rees, and that said Jury of View
be instructed to lay out said road, according to law.
