,Second Part for those uses as set forth in accordance with Article 2372c of the Revised Civil
Statutes oP the State of Texas, charging for suc.: use of Maintainer with operator - X8.00 per
hour; Highloader with operator - X3.00 per hour; and Truck with operator - X2.50 per hour.

No. 6517 GRANTING PETITION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD RCAD FOR CHARLES R. AND OPAL JOYCE RODGERS,
AND APPOINTMENT OF JURY OF VIEW.
On this 17th day of February A.D. 1954 now comes Charles R. Rodgers and wife, Opal Joyce
Rodgers, and peptition the Court fora neighborhood road in compliance with Article 6711 of the
1925 Revised Civil Statutes oP the State of Texas, and the amendments thereto, and especially
the amendment passed by the Legislature of the State oP Texas, effective June 13, 1953. There-
fore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, and unanimcusly approved by the Court,
that said petition be accepted and the following Jury of View be appointed to-wit:
Earl Benner, 0.8.'Nalker, Ferd Tetsch, Prentice 'Hitt and Adolph Rees, end that said Jury of View
be instructed to ley out said road, according to law.

after having examined the auditors report for the fiscal year 1952-1953 desire to direct to ~
the Commissioner Court of Kerr County, Texas, that they do as follows:
That a record oP all eeuipment of Kerr County, Texas be maintained by each official, in-
cluding the Commissioners, an up to date record of all furniture, fixtures, equipment, auto-
mobiles, trucks and heavy equipment in tkieir possession or under their supervision, date pur-
chased and purchase price paid.
That e copy of these records should be in custody of the County Treasurers or Clerk and
changes should only be made when approved by the Commissioner's Court ar.d recorded in the min-
utes oP the Court.
That a copy of this be furnished to the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas.
