With regard to locations - - Dam site #1 is to be left as shown on the plan; site #2
will be studied •.vith a view toward moving slightly down stream and increasing the width of
the reservoir; site #3 to be moved up stream to about the location of "Chick Inn". In addi-
tion the possibility of a new site at the location of site on Cypress Creek on property owned
by George Karger and Mrs. H,H.(Julia) Storms, will be studied.
The engineers recommend the immedi<<^te adoption of the following steps:
1. To make borings and conduct labratory tests of construction materials at each of the
/sites.
2, To prepare a contour map showing the level and location of normal lake behind each dam,
3. To investigate and determine the cost of all property easements.
4. To prepare a firm esti -:ate of total costs (costs to include engineer's fees, right-
of-way, construction costs and contingencies.

6. The issuance of bonds.
7. Actual construction.

cord, upon the recomcriendation of Stewart C. Smith, Delinquency Consultant of the State/Develop-
~~ ment Council, in favor of the hiring of a Kerr County Youth Counselor, the funds or the payment
of such Counselor to be divided by agreement between the Kerrville Independent School District,
the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, and any other Independent or Rural School District.
