D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims and accounts filed against Kerr County, since the last term of Court, against the Genoral Fund, Road and Bridge No. 1, Road and Bridge No. 2, Lateral Road and Bridge No. 2, Road and Bridge No. 3, Road and Bridge, No. 4, Flood Control and Bounty, and the necessity to confirm the week- ly pay-roll of the laborers as per sworn affidavit filed with the County Clerk for the weeks ending February 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th, 1954. It appearing to the Court that said clairrs and accounts filed ag~:r.st ea cr. fund should be paid, and that the paymen t of the labor bills as per sworn affidavit filed vrith the County Clerk for the weeks aforesaid, be confirmed as paid. Therefore, my motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, and the County clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County treasury on all claims filed in the amounts therefor, payable out of the respective funds to the parties entitled thereto; that the labor bills be confirmed as paid, for the weeks ending February 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th, 1954.. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 6525 APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FIIV'ES, JUDGEn,ENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED IIQ JUSTICE COURT, PRECINCT #4 This the 9th day of March, A, D. 1954, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly report of Eenr~r B. Engelman, Justice of the Peace, Precinct ~%4, Kerr County, Texas, covering of the month/February '.'~54, of criminal cases filed, witnessess, judge~-,er.ts and jury fees collect- ed, showirig a sum of X19.05 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a Pee of $12.00, ar.d it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion duly '~" made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that szid report be approved, and that the County Clerk and County Treasurer he, and are hereby directed to pay the fee of X12.00 to Judge Engelman out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-e-o-r,
