This the 9th day of March A, D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County, since the last term oP Court, against the General Fund,
Road and Bridge No. 1, Road and Bridge No. 2, Lateral Road and Bridge No. 2, Road and Bridge
No. 3, Road and Bridge, No. 4, Flood Control and Bounty, and the necessity to confirm the week-
ly pay-roll of the laborers as per sworn affidavit filed with the County Clerk for the weeks
ending February 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th, 1954. It appearing to the Court that said claims and
accounts filed against each fund should be paid, and that the payment of the labor bills as per
sworn affidavit filed with the County Clerk for the weeks aforesaid, be confirmed as paid.

Court, and the County clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County
treasury on all claims filed in the amounts therefor, payable out of the respective funds to

report oP Eenr~= B, Engelman, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #4, Kerr County, Texas, covering
of
the mont~_/February ":?54, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgements and jury fees collect-
ed, showing a sum of X19.05 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
to a Pee of ~v12.00, ar.d it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and that
said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion duly ~~
made by Goff, recorded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be
approved, and that the County Clerk and County Treasurer he, and are hereby directed to pay the
fee of X12.00 to Judge Engelman out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
