and necessary expenditure of $774.86 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during said
month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved;
therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court for such expenditures therein.

ordered filed by the County Clerk.

This the 9th day of March A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct No.l
showing an aggre€ate of $127.53 collected for the month of Fehruary A.P. 1954, and it appearing -..
to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of
Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half of the overcollection of X27.53, which would be in
the amount oP X13.77 due the City of Kerrville, payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court that the said report be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to reim-
bursa the City of Kerrville for one-half of the overcollection of X27.53, being 13.77, payable
cut of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
