therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court for such expenditures therein.

it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, therefore

ordered filed by the County Clerk.

of February 1954, showing ar. actual and necessary expense of X1068.75 incurred by him in the
conduct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true
and correct, and such expenditures should be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Goff,
se corded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures indicated therein.

This the 9th day of March A. D, 1954, coma on to be ccnsidered by the Court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections oP Albert Wilson, Public Weigher oP Kerr County Precinct No.T
showing an aggregate of X127.53 collected for the month of February A,D. 1954, and it appearing
to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of
Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half of the overcollection of X27.53, which would be in
the amount of $13.77 due the City of Kerrville, payable out of the General Fund oP Kerr County.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court that the said retort be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to reim-
bursa the City of Kerrville for ono-half of the overcollection of 27.53, being 13.77, payable
out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
