This the 9th day oP March A. D. 1954, came on to be ccnsidered by the Court, the monthly
report of deposits end collections oP Albert Wilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct No.l
showing an aggregate oP X127.53 collected for the month oP February A,D. 1954, and it appearing
to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City oP
Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half of the overcollection of w27.53, which would be in
the amcunt oP $13.77 due the City of Kerrville, payable out of the General Fund oP Kerr County.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court that the said retort be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to reim-
bursa the City of Kerrville for one-half of the overcollection of X27.53, being X13.77, payable
out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
