of Clella Doyle, District Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury fees collect-
ed in the District Clerk's office of Kerr County for the month ending February 28th,1954, and
it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, therefore
by motion duly made by Geff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, and

pense report of E. H, Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for the month
oP February 1954, showing an actual and necessary expense of X1068.75 incurred by him in the
conduct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true
and correct, and such expenditures should be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Goff,
se corded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures indicated therein.

N0.6534 APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF PUBLIC WEIGHER, PRECINCT No.l
This the 9th day oP March A, D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher oP Kerr County Precinct No.l
showing an aggregate of X127.53 collected for the month of February A,P. 1954, and it appearing
to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of
Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half of the overcollection of X27.53, which would be in
the amount of X13.77 due the City of Kerrville, payable out of the General Fund oP Kerr County.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court that the said report be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to reim-
burse the City of Kerrville for one-half of the overcollection of 27.53, being 13.77, payable
cut of the General Fund oP Kerr County, Texas.
