of Hunt and Center Point: It appearing to the Court that after opening, conversing and tabu-
lating said returns es tahulated in Volume 4, pages 20 and 21, showing the verification of said
Court thereon; said returns should be apnrcved as tahulated thereon. Therefore by motion duly

the respecitve Commissioners .be authorized to perform such work acccrdin~^ly, at the time wrien
the machinery and/or equipment is available, conforming to the provisions of Article 2372c,
