Kerr County acting through her Commissioners Court, hereinafter called Party of the First
Part, and Clarence St Clair HEREINAFTER Called Party of the Seccnd Part, contracts as follows:

Tarty of the First Part, in consideration of the hereinafter mentici:ed underraking (or pay
-:bent) of the Party of the Second Part agrees to furnish county machinery to Party of the Seccn d
Part for tY_ose uses as set forth in accordance with Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes
of the Stzte of Texas, charging for such use of Niaiutainer with operator - ~B.UU per hour; High-
loader with operator - x'3.00 per hour; and Truck with operator - X2.50 per hour.

Tarty-of the Second Part, in consideration of the herein before mentioned undertaking (or pay-
ment) of the Party of the First Part agrees to pay the County for the usa of such machinery at
the above rate.

This the 14th day of June A.D. 1954, after motion having been duly made by Powell, second-
ed by Goff and unanimously approved by the Court that the claim in the amount of $36.00 for 36
hours overtime for weighing trucks for Highway Department sLould be allcvoed in favor of Albert
Wilson, Public Weigher, out of General Fund, by voucher properly drawn by County Clerk on Co:;nty
Treasurer, in payment thereof, and to bill the City of Kerrville for 1/2 the amount, in the sum
of X18.00, to be deposited in the General Fund upon collection.

ticn of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, apylyinF., for an advancement
on his 1954 assessing commissions. It appearing to the Ccurt that such advancement should be
made and payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County. Therei'cre, by motion duly made
by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be
and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of X600.00,
