Part, and Clarence St Clair HEREINAFTER called Party of the Second Part, contracts as follows:

Tarty of the First Part, in consideration of the hereinafter menticned underraking (or pay
-:bent) of the Party of the Seccnd Part agrees to furnish county machinery to Party of the Se con d
Part for those uses as set forth in accordance ~~aith Article 237zc of the Revised Civil Statutes
of the State of Texas, charging for such use of Maintainer with operator - X8.00 per hour; High-
loader with operator - ~'3.OU per hour; and Truck with operator - ~p2.50 per hour.

Tarty-of the Second Part, in consideration cf the hereinbefore mentioned undertaking (or pay-
ment) of the Party of the First Fart agrees to pay the County for the use of such machinery at
the above rate.

Wilson, Public 'Neither, out of General Fund, by voucher properly drawn by County Clerk on Co:;nty
Treasurer, in payment thereof, and to bill the City of Kerrville for 1/2 the amount, in the sum
of X18.00, to be deposited in the General Fund upon collection.

This the 14th day of June A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
ticn of E. H. Tdichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, applying for an advancement
on his 1954 assessing commissioi:s. It appearing to the Court that such advancement should be
made and payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made
by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be
and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of X600.00,
payable to said officer on assessing fees for the cu rrent year,
