This the 14th day of June 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims and accounts
since the last term of this Court; for Road & Bridge #1, Road & Bridge #2, Road & Bridge #3,
Road & Bridge #4, Farm to Market #689, Dog Tags, Kerr County Permanent Inprovement and General
Funds. Also the necessity to confirm the weekly labor bills of May 15th, 22nd, 29th and June
5th and 12th, as per s~nrorn affidavit filed with County Clerk. It appearing to the Court that
said accounts are true and correct and should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff,
seccnded by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is here-
by di rected to draw vcuchers against the County Treasury on all claims filed in like amounts
therefor, payable out of the respective funds, to the parties entitled thereto, posted in Dis-
bursement Journal, page:. 75 through

of Hu~>h B. Engelman, Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 4, of Kerr County Texas, covering the ^
month of May 1954, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected showing
a sum of X9.75, ccllected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of
~4•GG. It appearing to the Court that report is true and co rrect and said officer is entitled
to his fee and ssme should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell
and unanimously approved by the Court and the'County Clerk is hereby directed to pay a fee of
r~4.00 to Judge Engelman, out of General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
