This the 14th day of June 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims and accounts
since the last term of this Court; for Road & Bridge #1, Road & Bridge #2, Road & Bridge #3,
Road & Bridge #4, Farm to Market #689, Dog Tags, Kerr County Permanent Inproverrent and General
Funds. Also the necessity to confirm the weekly labor hills of May 15th, 22nd, 29th and June
5th and 12th, as per sworn affidavit filed with County Clerk. It appearing to the Court that
said accounts are true and correct and should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff,
seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is here-
by directed to draw vcuchers against the County Treasury on all claims filed in like amounts
therefor, payable out of the respective funds, to the parties entitled thereto, posted in Dis-
bursement Journal, page: 75 through

This the 14th day of June A.D. 1954, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly report
of HuF?h B. Engelman, Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 4, of Kerr County Texas, covering the ^
month of May 1954, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected showing
a sum of w9.75, collected and depcsited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of
X4.00. It appearing to the Court that report is true and co rrect and said officer is entitled
to his fee and same should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell
and unanimously approved by the Court and the County Clerk is hereby nirected to pay a f®e of
,4.00 to Judge Bngelman, out of General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
