since the last term of this Court; for Road ~. Bridge #1, Road & Bridge #2, Road & Bridge #3,
Road & Bridge #4, Farm to Market #689, Dog Tags, Kerr County Permanent Inprovement and General
Funds. Also the necessity to confirm the vaeekly labor bills of May 15th, 22nd, 29th and June
5th and 12th, as per sworn affidavit filed with County Clerk. It appearing to the Court brat
said accounts are true and correct and should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff,
seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is here-
by directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasury on all claims filed in like amounts
therefor, payable out of the respective funds, to the partie s entitled thereto, posted in Dis-
bursement Journal, page= 75 through

month of May 1954, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected showing
a sum of X9.75, collected and deposited ovith the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of
~4.OG. It appearing to the Court that resort is true and correct and said officer is entitled
to his fee and same should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell
and unanimously approved by the Court and the County Clerk is hereby directed to pay a fee of
X4.00 to Judge Engelman, out of General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
