that the bid of Kelly Construction Company be rejected for paving and hard surfacing roads in
Precincts 1, 2, 3, and 4; that the County Clerk be authorized to advertise for bids on material
unit basis; specifications on file with County Clerk and County Judge, and that bids be in by
2:00 o'clock P.M,, July 2, 1954.
