N. V. Caldwell, on application of Oliver Moore, as Special Deputy Sheriff, to assist in Dog Tag
regristration law enforcement. By :notion made by Pcvaell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court that this appointment he approved with a salary of "200 per month, payable
semimonthly, beginning June 1st, 1954. Salary to be paid out of Dog Tags Registration Fund.

~52CO.G0, thus leaving a balance of ~3000.G0, due the General Road & Bridge Fund from Road &
Bridge #1, as set out in Commissioners Court Order No. 6280.
It is furtt!er ordered and decreed by t're Court that ~l0,GG0.OG be transferred from Road and
Bridge Fund to General Fund tc take care of deficit that existed t~,erein, and tYie County Clerk
be directed to enter this transfer to the credit of General Furd.

of E. H. P?ichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, Kerr County Texas, for the Court to set the rates
for livestock, cultivated and grazing land.
It appearing tc tl.e court that the I:revious assessment fixed are as follows to-~^rit:
