N0. 6621 APFROVAL OF INCREASE IN P~4ILEAGE OF CITY-COUNTY SANITARIAN
By motion made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, that the
travel expense of Virgil Parsons, City-County Sanitarian, be increased Prom 5¢ per mile to 6.2~
per mile; upon the presentation of an itemized mileage account rendered for both City and County,
not to exceed X12.50 per month; that the County Clerk be, end is hereby directed to draw voucher
against County Treasurer in like amounts and in accordance with a sworn affidavit as to the
total mileage driven in performance of his duty asSanitarian, payable out of General Fund, this
amount in addition to Order No. 6428 of January 1954.

N0. 6622 PURCHASE OF NINETY (90) ACRSS OF LAND FOR LIVESTOCK & AGRICULTURE BUILDING
By motion duly made by Goff and seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court,
that Kerr County, Texas, purchase 90 acres of land more or less out of Survey 111 - S. Wcllace
and Survey 110 - T. Minter, between right-of-way of S.A. & A.P. Ry. Co. and the Guadalupe River,
less that land in Stste Highway ~/2~, from Texas Hill Country Development Foundation, a Texas
Corporation for X16,850.00 cash, subject to title examination and with a restriction that such
land be used for Agriculture end Livestock purposes. Such land to be used by Kerr County Texas
for site for construction of Livestock and Agriculture Building.
