six Record Eooks/and Canvas Cover twenty Record Books at X7.50 each, making a total of X375.00,
this work to be done by the J. W. Daley Company, D~.17as, Texas. By motion duly made by Bartel,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously apF;rov-ed by the Ccurt that this GompUny be authorized to
proceed with the mending of these books and that the cost be paid out of item County Permanent
Improvement Fund.

issued from County Clerks office, dated April 13, 1954, payable to Continental Oil Company, in
the emount of ~w81.00, which check has been lost or misplaced. It appearing to the court that
the County Treasurer should be authorized to issue anot:.er check in lieu of the original thereof,
and stop payment on the original dated April 17, 1954; therefore by motion duly made by Bartel,
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Treasurer be and is iiere-

by directed to issue a duplicate check/to the Continental Oil Company and stop payment on County
Treasury check #f 2431, which lies been lost or misplaced.

Funds. Also the necessity to confirm the weekly labor bills of June 19th and 26th, also July
3rd and 10th, as per sarorn affidavit filed with County Clerk. It appearing to the Court that
said accourts are true and correct and should be paid. Therefore by aotion duly made by Goff,
seconded by Guthrie and unrniniously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is h~re-
by directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasury on ell claims filed in like amo~~nts
therefor, payable out of the respective funds, to the parties entitled thereto, posted in Dis-
