Tr.is the 12th dey of July came on to k;e considered by the Court check #2431,
issued from County Clerks office, dated April 13, 1954, payable to Continental Oil Company, in
the ':mount of X81.00, which check has been lost or misplaced. It appearing to the court that
the County Treasurer ehocld be authorized to issue anott:er check in lieu of the original thereof,
and stop payment on the on-~ina1 dated April 17, 1954; therefore by motion duly made by Bartel,
seccnded by Goff and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Treasurer be and is uere-

by directed to issue a duplicate check/to the Continental Oil Company and stop payruent on County
Treasury check #`2431, •which has been lost or misplaced.

N0. 6626 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
1954
This the 12th day of July/came on to be considered by the Court, the clsius and accounts
since the last term of this Court; for Road & Bridge #1, Road & Bridge #2, Road & Bridge #3,
Road & Bridge #4, Farm to :~7arket #1273, Kerr County Permanent Improvement, Dog Tags and General
Funds. Also the necessity to confirm the weekly labor bills of June 19th and 26th, also July
3rd and 10th, as per sworn affidavit filed with County Clerk. It appearing to the Court that
said accounts are true and correct and should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff,
seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is here-
by directed to dravr vouchers against the County Treasury on all clairis filed in like amounts
therefor, payable out of the respective funds, to the parties entitled thereto, posted in Dis-
burseinent Journal, pages 81 through ~~

Atlas Garage, to the highest bidder on July 27th, at 10:C0 9.ZJI; that the County Clerk is here-
by directed to ~*ive notice for publication in newspaper for two weekly publicaticns.
