W. Daley Compeny, Dallas, Texas. It appearing to the court that the County Treasurer ehculd be authorized to issue another check in lieu of the original thereof, and stop payment on the original dated April 17, 1954; therefore by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Treasurer be and is here- #~ 3080 by directed to issue a duplicate check/to the Continental Oil Company and stop payment on County Treasury check X2431, which lies been lost or misplaced. o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 6626 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOh~NTS 1954 This the 12th day of July/came on to be considered by the Court, the claims and accounts since the last term of this Court; for Road & Bridge #1, Road & Bridge #2, Road & Bridge #/3, ' Rcad & Bridge #4, Farm to MarY.et #1273, Kerr County Permanent Improvement, Dog Tags and General Funds. Also the necessity to confirm the weekly labor bills of June 19th and 26th, also July 3rd and 10th, as per sworn affidavit filed with County Clerk. It appearing to the Court that said accounts are true and correct and should be paid.
