at ~37.5C each
six Record Books/and Canvas Cover twenty Record Books at ~7.SC each, making a total of X375.00,
this work to be done by the J. W. Daley Compeny, Dallas, Texas. Ry motion duly made by Bartel,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that this Compeny be authorized to
proceed eaith the mending of these books and that the cost be paid out of Kerr County Permanent
Improvement Fund.

This the 12th dey of July came on to be considered by the Court check #2431,
issued from County Clerks office, dated April 13, 1954, payable to Continental Oil Company, in
the -;mount of X81.00, vrhich check has he en lost or misplaced. It appearing to the court that
the County Treasurer ehculd be authorized to issue another check in lieu of the original thereof,
and stop payment on the original dated April 17, 1954; therefore by motion duly made by Bartel,
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Treasurer be and is here-

by directed to issue a duplicate check/to the Continental Oil Company and stop payment on County
Treasury check X2431, which lies been lost or misplaced.

N0. 6626 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOh~NTS
1954
This the 12th day of July/came on to be considered by the Court, the claims and accounts
since the last term of this Court; for Road & Bridge #1, Road & Bridge #2, Road & Bridge #/3,
' Rcad & Bridge #4, Farm to MarY.et #1273, Kerr County Permanent Improvement, Dog Tags and General
Funds. Also the necessity to confirm the weekly labor bills of June 19th and 26th, also July
3rd and 10th, as per sworn affidavit filed with County Clerk. It appearing to the Court that
said accounts are true and correct and should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff,
seconded by Guthrie and unanimously opps~oved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is here-
by directed to dray vouchers against the County Treasury on •all claims filed in like amounts
therefor, payable out of the respective funds, to the psrties entitled thereto, posted in Dis-
burseinent Journal, pages 81 through ^F

by directed to Ci.ve notice for publication in newspaper for two weekly publications.
