issued from, County Clerks office, dated April 13, 1954, Payable to Continental Oil Company, in
the ':mount of X81.00, which check has been lost or misplaced. It appearing to the court that
the County Treasurer should be authorized to issue anott:er check in lieu of the ori~~iual thereof,
and stop payment on the original dated April 17, 1954; therefore by n;otien duly made by Bartel,
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Treasurer be and is nere-

by directed to issue a duplicate check/to the Continental Oil Company and stop payment on County
Treasury check #2431, w}:ich lies been lost or misplaced.

This the 12th day of July/came on to be considered by the Court, the clai_rs and accounts
since the last term of this Court; for Road & Bridge #1, Road & Bridge #2, Road & Bridge #3,
^ Road & Bridge #4, Farm to P,Zarket #1273, Kerr County Permanent Improvement, Dog Tags and General
Funds. Also the necessity to confirm the weekly labor bills of June 19th and 26tr., also July
3rd and 10th, as per svrorn affidavit filed vaith County Clerk. It appearing to the Court that
said accounts are true and correct and should be paid. Therefore by :notion duly made by Goff,
seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is here-
by directed to drava vouchers against the County Treasury on all claims filed in like amounts
therefor, payable out of the respective funds, to the parties entitled thereto, posted in Dis-
bursement Journal, pages 81 through ~~

by directed to give notice ?or publication in newspaper for two weekly publications.
