This the 14th day of May 1954, came on to be administered the official oaths by the Ccunty Clerk to the County Commissicners and the County Judge as prescrihad by law, as a Board of Equalization, each of said oaths being entered in Vol. 3, pages 30, 31 and 32 Minutes of the Board of Equalization. It appearing to the Court said Board is now qualified to render their duty as prescrihad by law and that Tuesday, May 25th A.D. 1954, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. should be the day set to begin examination of the 1954 equalization. Therefore, by motion duly made by Lee Goff, seconded by L. M. Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that May 25th, 1954 at 10:00 A. M. be the date set to begin the examination of the 1954 renditions. o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 6591 BIDS ON TURTLE CREEK ROAD AND STATION "C" ROAD On this the 14th day of May A.D. 1954 came on to be heard the matter of accepting bids on a certain number of miles of Lateral road in Kerr County Texas. Motion was duly made by V.D. Powell, seconded by Lee Goff that the County 3udge be authorized to advertise for bids on such roads,for the paving or hard surfacing of four or more miles of road, as per specifications on file with the County Clerk and County Judge.
