1/2 of the deficit of X20.43, ~.vhich would be in the amount of x'10.22. Therefore by motion made
by Goff, seconded by Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk be dir-
ected to bill the City of Kerrville for 1/2 of deficit, for the city's pro-rata part, and that
