Unanimously approved. o-o-c-o-o-o N0. 6649 CYPRESS CREEK-CENTER FOICiT RCF:D On this the 21st day of July, came on to be considered the construction of a :first class county road to connect a present laned county road wi.tkiITiP,hway ?_7 in a southwesterly direction, and to be known as the Cypress Creek-Center Foint Road; and it api:earing that the landowners whose property vrill be crossed by said road are vrilling to donate the necessary right of way therefor provided trat the said right of way will be improved upon their individual lards as follows: (1) A. L. Roane and ~•vife, Nellie Tai, Roane (2) Gottfried Bohnert (3) LeRoy A, Bohnert And it further apr•earing that sold right of way and road are necessary and that said im- prove.:~ents are reasonable and should be made; It is, therefore, ordered upon motion of Bartel, seconded by Goff that said right of way be completed and that said improvements be made upon the construction of said road.
