This the 21st day of July A.D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the need to re-
move and ref once the property lines along extension of F.IvT, #479. wherefore, the court Yravirrg
considered the desire by the property o~rners, alo~~g the proposed extension of Farm-to=~.arket
Road, to rebuild their fences at tY:e expense oP the County, fib-;ured at the rate of y~600,00 per
mile and rayeble one-half in adve.r:ce and tree ocher one-half upon completion of the fence, pro-
vided the fence is constructed of a standard livestock fence with 35" net wire, including two
strands of barbed wire and erection of costs to be 30' apart or closer; that the ocaners ti:ereof
have donated the right-oP-way and in the discretion of tY:e court, the owners shoald be entitled
to set back and re-build their own fences; therefore, by motion duly ,wade by Geff, seconded by
Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, t!:at the following property o:•aners are entitled
to build tY:eir omr. fences; that they have sib-nod an arreernent n^r-~th Kerr County and are hereby
allowed to move t`:eir fences from the old rir:ht-of-way along the line of the new extension of
Farm-to-^~:arket Road m479, on or before Sertember 1, 1?54, and to rebuild their fences elc..g a

On this the 21st day of July, came on to be considered the construction of a :first class
county road to connect a present laned county road wi.tkiITiP,hway ?_7 in a southwesterly direction,
and to be known as the Cypress Creek-Center Foint Road; and it api:earing that the landowners
whose property vrill be crossed by said road are vrilling to donate the necessary right of way
therefor provided trat the said right of way will be improved upon their individual lards as
follows:
(1) A. L. Roane and ~•vife, Nellie Tai, Roane
(2) Gottfried Bohnert
(3) LeRoy A, Bohnert
And it further apr•earing that sold right of way and road are necessary and that said im-
prove.:~ents are reasonable and should be made;
It is, therefore, ordered upon motion of Bartel, seconded by Goff that said right of way be
completed and that said improvements be made upon the construction of said road. And it is fur-
they ordered that the court, acting on behalf of said Kerr County, enter into a contract with
said landowners for said right of way ar.d said improveir~ents. Unanimously carried.
