L, Roane and ~,vif e, Nellie TvT, Roane 2) Gottfried Bohnert 3) LeRoy A, Bohnert And it further appearing that said right of way and road are necessary and that said im- prnvements are reasonable and should be made; It is, therefore, ordered upon motion of Bartel, seconded by Goff that said right of way be completed and that said improvements be made upon the construction of said road.
