On this the 21st day of July, came on to be considered the construction of a first class
county road to connect a present laned county road with Ei*hway 27 in a southwesterly direction,
and to be known as the Cypress Creek-Center Foint Road; and it zppearing that the landowners
whose property will be crossed by said road are willing to donate the necessary right of way
therefor provided trat the said right of way will be improved upon their individual lands as.
follows:
1) A. L, Roane and ~,vif e, Nellie TvT, Roane
2) Gottfried Bohnert
3) LeRoy A, Bohnert
And it further appearing that said right of way and road are necessary and that said im-
prnvements are reasonable and should be made;
It is, therefore, ordered upon motion of Bartel, seconded by Goff that said right of way be
completed and that said improvements be made upon the construction of said road. And it is fur-
they ordered that the court, acting on behalf of said Kerr County, enter into a contract with
said landowners for said ri~'a of way and said improvements, Unanimously carried.
