report of deposits end collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher Kerr County Pre cigct #1,
showing en aggregate of ;']3.00 collected for the month of July 1954, end it ap peering to the
Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; end that the Dity of Kerr-
ville should be billed for 1/2 of deficit of $27.00 which should ba in the amount of $13.50.
Therefore by motion made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel end unanimously eppm ved by the Court
that the County Clerk be dl re clad Lo bill the City of Kerrville for 1/2 of deficit for the City a
pro-rata pert, end that said amount when collected be deposited in the Gene rel Fund of Kerr Co.
