report of deposits end collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher Kerr County Preciyot #1,
showing an aggregate of =73.00 collected for the month of July 1954, end St ep peering to the
Court that sold report Se true and correct and should be approved; and that the City of Kerr-
ville should be billed for 1/2 of deficit of $27.00 which should be in the amount oP $13.50.
Therefore by motion made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel and unanimously appm ved by the Court
that the County Clerk be dire eted to bill the City of Kerrville: for 1/2 of deficit for the City
pro-rata pert, end that said amount when collected be deposited in the General FunB of Kerr Co.
