ahowing en aggregate of X73.00 collected for the month oP July 1954, end it appearing to tho
Court that said report is true and correct and should bo approved; end that the City of Kerr-
ville should be billed for 1/2 of deficit of $27.00 which should be in the amount of $13.50.
Therefore by motion made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel and unanimously eppm ved by the Court
that the Co unty Clerk be directed to bill the City of Kerrvi lla. for 1/2 of deficit for the City a
pro-rata part, and that said amount when collected be deposited in the General Fund of Kerr Co.
