the Court, that Kerr County request of the Hoard of County end Dia tri ct Road Inds btedneae, to
forxa rd aeid Punda to the Treasurer of Kerr County, and it is further ordered that ail of the
said funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to ba used by said Kerr County
for the purpose of m natru ction or improvement of Karr County lateral roeda; that the County
Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to deposit the amount of E7849.12, or whatever credit is
due Kerr County, to the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund.
