approaimately 517,662.50 surplus in the County Road District Highway Fund at the end of this
fiscal year, of which there will be a oredit of ¢9813.38 due the Sinking Funds of Kerr County'

the Court, that Kerr County request of the Board of County and District Road Inds btednaee, to

said Panda are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by said Kerr County
